Registration and abstract

* The abstract submission form is available after registration. After you complete on-line registration, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically. It should be retained and presented at the Registration Desk upon arrival. If no response has been made within 24 hours, please contact the organizers (pldc-pp@ifs.hr). The deadline for abstract submission concerning oral presentations is January 31, 2012.

Fees have to be paid in Euros by bank transfer to the bank account below.

Students are required to submit a copy of their Student ID to the conference organizers (pldc-pp@ifs.hr) within a week from the day of registration. The registration will be invalid, if we cannot confirm your ID by the due date.

Accompanying person fee is 100 EUR (covering the welcome reception, conference dinner, excursion, and coffee breaks).

Refund Policy

Cancellation shall be possible only if the conference organizers receive written notification.
Cancellation made until January 31, 2012: Full refund less bank handling charges.
Cancellation made until February 15, 2012: 50% refund less bank handling charges.
No refunds offered for cancellations after February 15, 2012
All refunds will be made after the workshop.

All who fill the registration form will receive preliminary registration status, which is converted to registration upon receipt of the fee.

Preliminary registrants can submit abstracts, which will be duly evaluated, however only the abstracts of registered participants will be published in the conference proceedings.

Abstract submission is by default for poster presentation only, unless the participant explicitly submits it for consideration as an oral contribution. The Program committee shall select among the latter, up to the number of time slots available.
